Return Policy


  • Products that are on SALE and purchases made with DISCOUNT COUPONS are non-returnable and non-exchangeable in any way and under any circumstances whatsoever.
  • MONALYSSA BEAUTY will NOT be responsible in any way for undelivered/missing parcel caused by POS LAJU MALAYSIA or other courier. We can only provide true details that the parcel has been sent out. Please contact POS LAJU MALAYSIA or other courier should you want a refund.


Our return policy allows for item(s) return and your choice of a full refund or replacement item(s). However, we do have a couple requirements for processing a return.


You may want to return your order due to any of the following reasons:

Damaged* The product is damaged during delivery
Incorrect/ Wrong item** Not the product the customer ordered 
Does Not Match Customer receives the item correctly, however, the item does not match with the customer’s house (We do accept replacement for this reason, but we accept no refund). Customer will bare the shipping cost for the return item and shipping cost for the new item.

**MONALYSSA BEAUTY is fully responsible for the product exchange. The item must be returned and has reached us before we send the new item. The goods must be in its original condition along with original packaging including all accessories included. MONALYSSA BEAUTY is not responsible if the item returned is not in the mentioned condition.


Unless otherwise stated in the product description, the general requirements for returns are as follows:


  • It is within three (3) days from the receiving date.
  • You must have proof of purchase (order number,/buying invoice/delivery note/bank statement).
  • The goods must be in its original condition and returned in the original packaging along with all accessories (care instruction & free gift received with it). All goods will be inspected upon returns.
  • MONALYSSA BEAUTY is not responsible for any items that are returned in condition less than mentioned above.
  • Any postage fee must be paid by the customer.


If you've received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please act as soon as possible following these steps:


  1. Take as many clear and evident pictures of the product as you need to demonstrate the defect, damage or incorrect parts of the item, together with its original packaging materials. If possible, leave the packaging the same way as you first received the item.
  2. Send us the pictures to monalyssabeauty@gmail.com with the subject "Return:" and your order number. Describe the defect, damage or incorrect parts as accurately and as detailed as possible.
  3. Wait for our reply as we review the problem. If it is valid for a return, we will notify you to mail the item back to our store address and give you further instructions on resolving the issue, along with a refund.

Typically, we aim to send out all items on the next working day via express courier. However, as an estimate, you can expect your items to be shipped out within 2-5 working days (Peninsular) and 3-7 working days (Sabah/Sarawak) (Monday-Friday) of your purchase, excluding public weekends & holidays. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
